It has lovely restaurant and lovely location right on the Arno riverfront. The rooms are well-appointed and good quality and have magnificent views of the sunset over the roofs of Florence and the Arno river. There are lots of supplies like: two large windows and a lounge area.

The hotel was perfect and clean with an outdoor restaurant. Tasty breakfast and a recently refurbished queen room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was large. Located near main sights and monuments, the staff was amicable. Easy access to a segmental arch bridge made it a very nice experience.

Appealing and clean place to stay in, it has outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous staff on the reception desk. The rooms are huge with a big bath tub in add to the colour shower.

These rooms were awesome - everything felt new. We had the convenience of tea and coffee, and the view from the window was simply stunning. The bathroom was super clean, which is always a plus. The staff here went above and beyond to assist us, they were incredibly helpful! 🌟

the rooms are nicely decorated and brand-new and complete with gorgeous view out of a beautiful window with a very clean and all the comforts, for example. as for me location is magnificent, near to the historic center of florence, 3 minutes walking from ponte vecchio and the cafe down the road. the staff is attentive and knowledgeable.

The setting of hotel was great, in centre of Florence. And it's within walking distance of Mariano, ate there once or twice. Everything was excellent, though a few employees were awfully rude.

Well, the views were bad here.
